Under the visionary guidance of the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, the Directorate of ORIC, SMBB Medical University, Larkana organized a faculty development two-day workshop on "Research Grant Proposal Writing". It was held on 31st October and 1st November 2023 at the Video Conference Room, CMC Larkana. 

This workshop introduced a valuable platform offering comprehensive insights into the art of crafting research grant proposals as well as addressing the critical factors which are required to secure grants successfully. It was aimed at engaging faculty members from various Colleges in order to enrich participants with learning experience that left them with enhanced knowledge and expertise. 

The faculty members participated very actively in the group work to develop their research proposals and presented their work.

The distinguished facilitators of this learned workshop were Prof. Dr. Saleema Gulzar and Prof. Dr. Salma Rattani, hailing from Aga Khan University Karachi. Their valued wisdom improved the experience and comprehension of the participants.
